1. Nature of Services
GDM Management Group Ltd acts solely as a broker to facilitate charter flights for its clients. We do not own or operate aircraft, and our role is to connect you with third-party aircraft operators ("Operator"). The Operator is fully responsible for the execution and operation of all flights.
2. Flight Confirmation and Charter Agreement
Upon agreeing to a flight quotation, a separate Charter Agreement will be concluded between you and the Operator. GDM Management Group Ltd acts as an intermediary and will not be a party to this agreement.
The Operator is responsible for the aircraft’s airworthiness, crew, and compliance with legal and safety standards. We will provide you with a contract, flight itinerary, and payment instructions upon confirmation of the flight.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
The Charter Price includes:
- Aircraft charter from the agreed departure to the agreed destination.
- Crew, fuel, and basic catering.
- Landing and parking fees, where applicable.
The Charter Price excludes:
- De-icing costs.
- Ground transportation to and from the airport.
- Additional catering or special requests.
- Additional airport fees not specified in the quote (e.g., customs duties, overflight fees).
All payments are due prior to the flight, as per the instructions provided in your invoice. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of the flight.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Should you decide to cancel the charter, the following fees apply:
- 10-7 days before departure: 20% of the total charter price.
- 6-3 days before departure: 40% of the total charter price.
- 72-24 hours before departure: 60% of the total charter price.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total charter price.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees.
5. Changes to Flight Schedule
The flight schedule agreed upon between you and the Operator is subject to change based on weather conditions, air traffic control, and the discretion of the Operator. Should any changes occur, we will inform you immediately. GDM Management Group Ltd is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Strikes or industrial action.
- Government regulations or restrictions.
- Technical issues with the aircraft.
If a flight is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Operator's control, the Operator will refund the portion of the Charter Price related to the cancelled portion of the flight.
6. Client Responsibilities
You, as the Client, are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all passengers hold the necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas.
- Complying with all customs and immigration regulations at the destination.
- Ensuring the luggage meets the restrictions imposed by the Operator (typically a maximum of 20kg for checked luggage and 5kg for hand luggage, unless otherwise stated).
- Providing accurate passenger information, including any special requirements, at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the flight, without entitlement to a refund.
7. Liability
As a broker, GDM Management Group Ltd is not liable for:
- Any damage or loss of luggage or personal items during the flight.
- Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen technical or operational issues of the Operator.
- Any injury, illness, or death arising during the flight.
The Operator holds full liability for the safe operation of the flight, and passengers are subject to the Operator’s insurance coverage. GDM Management Group Ltd will assist in facilitating claims or issues arising from the flight but is not responsible for their resolution.
8. Insurance
The Operator is responsible for maintaining all necessary insurance, including passenger liability and aircraft insurance. We recommend that you review the Operator’s insurance policy and consider additional personal travel insurance.
9. Pets and Special Requests
The transport of pets or animals is subject to the Operator’s approval. If allowed, you are responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation, vaccinations, and other requirements for the transport of animals are met. GDM Management Group Ltd is not liable for any issues related to the transport of pets.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or the Charter Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
11. Amendments to Terms
GDM Management Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to our clients.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between GDM Management Group Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), acting as a jet charter broker, and our clients ("you" or "Client"). By using our services to arrange private jet charter flights, you agree to these Terms. GDM Management Group Ltd is a company registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Registration No: 1001008998), with its principal office at 5-2000 Thurston Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G4K7, Canada.
1. Scope of Services
GDM Management Group Ltd operates as a charter broker, facilitating agreements between Clients and third-party aircraft operators ("Operator"). We do not own or operate aircraft, and our role is limited to coordinating flights on behalf of the Client.
Upon agreeing to a flight, the Charter Contract is entered between the Client and the Operator, with GDM acting as an intermediary.
2. Responsibilities of the Client
- The Client is responsible for ensuring all passengers have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with the customs and immigration regulations of the country of departure, destination, and any stopovers.
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate passenger and flight information at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- The Client must ensure that any luggage complies with the Operator’s weight and size limits.
- The Client must adhere to any health and safety requirements set by the Operator, including but not limited to medical certificates for expectant mothers and documents required for the transportation of pets or animals.
3. Charter Price and Payment Terms
- Charter Price: The price quoted includes the charter of the aircraft, crew, basic catering, fuel, and airport fees unless specified otherwise.
- The price excludes additional charges such as de-icing costs, special catering, ground transportation, customs fees, and any other services not explicitly listed in the quotation.
- All payments must be made in full prior to the flight, according to the payment instructions provided. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the flight without liability to GDM Management Group Ltd.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If the Client wishes to cancel a confirmed charter flight, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 10-7 days before departure: 20% of the total charter price.
- 6-3 days before departure: 40% of the total charter price.
- 72-24 hours before departure: 60% of the total charter price.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total charter price.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds for any cancellation, after deducting applicable fees, will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Flight Delays, Diversions, and Changes
- The Operator may adjust the flight schedule due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. GDM Management Group Ltd will communicate any such changes as soon as possible.
- GDM Management Group Ltd is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by the Operator, adverse weather, or Force Majeure events.
- In the event of a cancellation by the Operator due to circumstances outside the Client’s control, the Client will be refunded the charter price for the uncompleted portion of the flight.
6. Liability and Insurance
- GDM Management Group Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to passengers, luggage, or goods during the flight. The Operator is responsible for maintaining all necessary insurance, including liability and passenger insurance.
- Clients are advised to review the Operator’s insurance policies and consider additional personal travel insurance as needed.
7. Baggage and Prohibited Items
- The weight and dimensions of luggage must comply with the restrictions set by the Operator. Excess baggage may incur additional fees or may be refused due to aircraft capacity limits.
- The Client must not include prohibited items in their luggage, including but not limited to hazardous materials, explosives, or items restricted by international regulations.
8. Pets and Special Requests
The transportation of pets is subject to the Operator’s approval and must be arranged in advance. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents and vaccinations for the pets are in place and compliant with the destination’s regulations.
9. Force Majeure
Neither GDM Management Group Ltd nor the Operator will be liable for any failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, war, governmental actions, or other Force Majeure events.
10. Termination
GDM Management Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate the service without notice if:
- The Client fails to make payment as required.
- The Client violates any of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
- The Client is found to be involved in illegal activities or violates any customs, immigration, or aviation regulations.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
